Kate teaches students of all ages and abilities in lessons and ensembles. Through Kate's creative and individualized approach, students set and achieve personal goals, including district auditions, excellent technique, playing with others, and simply having fun with music. She mainly teaches saxophone, but also teaches recorder, music theory, and improvisation on any instrument. She currently teaches at her home studio, via Skype, and occasionally in students' homes.
